Each 4-capsule serving provides 1,500mg Mediator® 50P, standardised to 50% phosphatidic acid and therefore providing 750mg phosphatidic acid.

Suggested Use

As directed by the manufacturer, take 4 capsules daily.

The label provides the following options: take 4 capsules in the morning with a protein-rich meal or shake; take 4 capsules one hour prior to working out; or take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules prior to working out.

The manufacturer states that Phosphatidic Acid XT should be used daily for a minimum of 8 weeks.
