According to the manufacturer, take 4 capsules per day. On workout days, either take 4 capsules 30 minutes prior to working out, or take 2 capsules prior to working out and 2 capsules spaced out 4 to 6 hours apart.

On non-workout days, either take 4 capsules once per day or take 2 capsules twice per day, spaced 4 to 6 hours apart.
