Suggested Use

Creatine 150g: follow the manufacturer panel; the current 150g product uses a 3g serving. Energy: mix 1 scoop (6.5g) with approximately 150ml water 15–30 minutes before exercise.

Energy: includes L-Citrulline DL-Malate 2:1, Beta-Alanine, L-Tyrosine, Taurine, Caffeine Anhydrous, Theobromine, African Mango Extract, Grains of Paradise Extract, Niacin and BioPerine®. Energy Ingredients

L-Citrulline DL-Malate 2:1, Beta-Alanine, L-Tyrosine, Taurine, Maltodextrin, Flavourings, Caffeine Anhydrous, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Theobromine (20% Cacao Extract), African Mango Extract 4:1, Sweetener (Sucralose), Grains of Paradise Extract, Niacin (Niacinamide), Piper Nigrum Extract (BioPerine®), colourings depending on flavour.
