Blue Lab Whey uses a blend of three whey forms rather than relying on concentrate alone: whey protein isolate, hydrolysed whey protein and whey protein concentrate. A typical 34g serving provides 24g protein, 5.5g BCAAs, around 2g carbohydrate and 2g fat.

Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Tolerase™ L lactase is included alongside the protein blend, while inulin adds fibre to the formula.

The range is available in a large choice of flavours across 908g and 2kg sizes.

Suggested Use

Mix 1 scoop (approximately 34g) with 150–200ml cold water and shake well. Serving size may vary slightly by flavour.
