Is there a minimum spend to redeem the points?

10, 25 & 50 Points can be redeemed on purchases made of £75 and above. 100 points redeemable on purchases of £100+, 200 points redeemable on purchases of £200+

Is there a charge to join the loyalty program?

No, there is no charge to join, you earn as you spend. The more you spend the more you save.

How long will I earn 1 point for every £1 I spend?

This offer is valid until 31st January 2026, after this date the following points structure will apply:

£1.00 discount = 20 points

£2.50 discount = 50 points

£5.00 discount = 100 points

£10.00 discount = 200 points

£20.00 discount = 400 points

How long are my points valid until?

Every time you earn points, they’ll stick around for 6 months — so don’t wait too long to use them, or they might pull a disappearing act!

Can I use the points in conjunction with any other offers?

1000 points = Silver level

1500 points = Gold level

2000 points = Platinum level

3000 points = Diamond level


For each level you reach, you shall gain points multipliers:

Silver level = 1.25x points

Gold level = 1.5x points

Platinum level = 1.75x points

Diamond level = 2x points
