How To Use

Mix 1 scoop (11g) with 8–10oz of water, or 2 scoops (22g) with 12–16oz. Adjust liquid to taste. Start with less than 1 scoop to assess tolerance. Once tolerance is built, advanced users can move up to 2 scoops. Consume 20–30 minutes before training.

A Heads-Up On Clumping

Clumping is normal with this product — it's a side-effect of using high doses of hygroscopic (moisture-absorbing) ingredients. Moisture tabs are added by the manufacturer, but they're not always 100% effective. The clumps don't affect safety or potency in any way and break down easily in water — especially when shaken, whisked, or blended.
