The 10g serving combines 3g Acetyl L-Carnitine with 450mg Green Tea Extract standardised to 95% polyphenols, 300mg choline and 250mg L-tyrosine. Betaine, L-theanine, Gymnema sylvestre, taurine and Pro GBB™ add further depth.

The stimulant side provides 228mg total caffeine per serving, while vitamin C, niacin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 complete the formula.

Suggested Use

Mix 1 level scoop (10g) with 200ml cold water and consume approximately 15 minutes before exercise. Do not exceed 1 serving per day. The current directions advise against taking it on an empty stomach.
