The Multi Vita+Min side provides a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals including vitamins A, C, D3, E, K and B vitamins alongside magnesium, iron, zinc and other minerals in a convenient one-capsule daily format.

Advanced Omega-3 is particularly strong on actual EPA and DHA content: each softgel provides 500mg EPA plus 250mg DHA, giving 750mg combined. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, with the beneficial effect obtained from a daily intake of 250mg EPA and DHA.
