ZMA XT uses zinc as monomethionine aspartate, magnesium aspartate and vitamin B6 as pyridoxine hydrochloride. A full three-capsule serving supplies 30mg zinc and 450mg magnesium alongside 10.5mg B6.

Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, normal fertility and reproduction, and normal immune function. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle and nervous-system function and electrolyte balance. Magnesium and vitamin B6 also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Suggested Use
