Carnitine plays a role in the transport of long-chain fatty acids into mitochondria, where they can be used in energy metabolism. XPG combines conventional L-Carnitine with Propionyl L-Carnitine in a topical delivery format.

The current formula provides 25mg total carnitine ingredients per ml. The formula is designed for the product around exercise, energy metabolism and body-composition goals, with topical application offering an alternative format to oral carnitine capsules or powders.

The gel is applied to clean, dry skin using the pump dispenser and current directions allow once- or twice-daily use within the stated maximum. It fits easily alongside an appropriate diet and exercise programme.

Suggested Use

Shake well before use. Apply 1–2 pumps (1–2ml) to clean, dry skin once or twice daily. Current directions state not to exceed 4ml per day. Typical application areas include the inner arms, thighs, torso and tops of feet.
