Product Information

Hydrate goes beyond simply adding salt to a flavoured drink. The formula combines potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, Aquamin® F and Pink Himalayan salt to provide multiple electrolyte-mineral sources.

Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function, making it particularly relevant in a hydration formula. Each serving also supplies 2g taurine and 500mg Cocomineral® coconut water powder.

Flavoured 210g tubs provide 30 servings, with options ranging from Blue Raspberry and Cherry Fizz to Coconut Watermelon, Rainbow Candy and Strawberry Blackcurrant. An unflavoured 159g version is also available.

Suggested Use

Mix 1 measuring scoop (7g for flavoured versions) with approximately 400ml water. Follow the current packaging for the unflavoured version.
