Refund & Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority - here's everything you need to know
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help make it right.
Your Consumer Rights: Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Changed Your Mind? No Problem!
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products, without giving any reason.
How to Return Unwanted Items
To exercise your right to cancel, please email us at sales@evolutionsupplements.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
Return Requirements
Products must be returned:
- In their original, unopened condition
- With all original packaging and labels intact
- With unbroken seals
- Within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation
Return Shipping
For unwanted returns where you've simply changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked service (trust us, it's worth it!) to ensure your return arrives safely.
Pro Tip: Please include your full name, delivery address, and order ID inside the package so we can process your return quickly and efficiently!
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Products We Cannot Accept Returns For
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Supplements that have been opened or used
- Products with broken seals
- Products that have been partially consumed
Important Exception: Faulty or incorrect products can be returned regardless of whether they've been opened (see below for details).
Subscription Orders ("Subscribe & Save")
If you've subscribed through our "Subscribe & Save" service, please note:
- You must complete a minimum of 2 successful deliveries before you can cancel your subscription
- After 2 deliveries, you can cancel anytime via your account portal or by emailing us
- Individual subscription deliveries follow the same return rules as regular orders during the 14-day cancellation period (must be unopened)

Uh Oh, Something's Damaged or Faulty?
We hate it when things go wrong during shipping or if you receive a faulty product! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right immediately.
What to Do
Please contact us at sales@evolutionsupplements.co.uk as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or fault (this really helps us sort things out quickly and prevent future issues)
What We'll Do
- We'll arrange free collection or provide a prepaid return label - you won't pay a penny for return shipping
- You'll receive a full refund or replacement (your choice!)
- We'll investigate with our shipping partners to prevent similar issues in the future
Important: For faulty or incorrect items, you can return them even if they've been opened. We cover all return shipping costs for faulty or damaged products.
Where's My Order?
All orders are shipped via tracked services, so you can follow your parcel's journey every step of the way.
If Your Order Hasn't Arrived
- First, check the tracking information provided in your dispatch email
- Check with neighbors or building management in case it was signed for on your behalf
- Sometimes deliveries take a bit longer due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.)
Lost Parcels
We can only mark an order as lost and start an investigation after 10 working days have passed since the expected delivery date. Once that window has passed, please contact us and we'll happily send a replacement or issue a full refund - your choice!
In the meantime, you can track your parcel directly with the carrier using the tracking number provided.
How Refunds Work
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return or confirming a lost/faulty item
- Money is returned to your original payment method (the same card or account you used to place the order)
- You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account (this can vary depending on your bank)
