Subscription Terms & Conditions

Everything you need to know about your Evolution Supplements subscription

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your subscription with Evolution Supplements. By subscribing to any of our products, you agree to the following:

1. Subscription Commitments

  • Customers who sign up to a product subscription must complete a minimum of two (2) successful orders before being eligible to cancel.
  • After these two successful orders, you may request cancellation of your subscription at any time by contacting us in writing (email or via your account).

2. Discounts & Benefits

  • Active & new subscribers currently receive a 5% discount on their subscription products.
  • This discount rate & product price is subject to change at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing before taking effect.

3. Cancellation by the Customer

  • If you choose to cancel a subscription after meeting the minimum order requirement, the cancellation will apply from the next scheduled order.
  • If you cancel a subscription, you may re-subscribe to the same product after a cooling-off period of 3 months from the date of cancellation.

Important: In rare circumstances, if we authorise a cancellation before two successful deliveries, a cooling-off period of 3 months will apply before you can re-subscribe to that product.

4. Cancellation by Evolution Supplements

  • We reserve the right to cancel any subscription at our sole discretion and for any reason.
  • If we cancel your subscription, you will be notified in writing.

5. General Terms

  • Subscriptions are non-transferable.
  • Evolution Supplements reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the subscription service will constitute acceptance of any changes.
  • For subscriptions that offer multiple flavour options, you may change your selected flavour after completing two successful deliveries—as often as you like (even every month) to try something new. Once your second delivery has been processed, you'll gain access to amend your flavour preferences directly through your customer portal.
  • If you wish to change your flavour for the second delivery, please contact us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled dispatch date so we can update your order accordingly. This allows you to retain your subscription discount while enjoying a variety of flavours for your upcoming orders.
