This ensures your valuable items are delivered safely and provides proof of delivery, protecting both you and us from any disputes or claims of non-delivery.

UK Delivery Terms

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed Monday to Friday before 5pm are dispatched the same day. Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Free Standard Shipping: Available on UK mainland orders over £75 (excluding Northern Ireland; orders over 5kg will incur a small surcharge of £5.99).

Next-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

High-Value Orders: Orders over £100 require signature upon delivery for security purposes.
UK Delivery Notes
- All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
- Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next working day.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
- If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may leave a card or contact you to rearrange delivery, either on an alternate day or collection from their depot. If multiple delivery attempts are made and the recipient does not accept the parcel, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the item cost only, excluding the delivery fee.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address provided at checkout, we can resend it to you once it has been received and processed back into our inventory. Please note that an additional postage fee will be required for re-shipment.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. Evolution Supplements will not be held liable for any losses or additional postage costs resulting from incorrect delivery details.
- In the event that a shipment is lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for the lost parcel. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in locating the shipment by liaising with the courier where possible.

Safe Place Deliveries: If you provide instructions for the courier to leave your parcel in a designated safe place (e.g., porch, shed, behind a bin, with a neighbour), you accept full responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered to that location. We cannot accept liability for parcels reported as lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery to a customer-specified safe place.
- In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, please contact us within 7 working days of the estimated delivery date.
🇪🇺 European Delivery
We ship to Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, and Spain. All orders include VAT and are fully tracked, so you know exactly what you're paying upfront with no surprise fees at delivery.

Pricing & VAT
Your order price includes all applicable VAT for your destination country. There are no additional charges at checkout.
Customs & Import
Your order price includes all applicable VAT for your destination country via the EU's IOSS scheme. In the vast majority of cases (95%+), your package clears customs automatically with no additional charges to you.
⚠️ Important Notice: Please be aware there may be customs or import VAT applied when the product enters your country, which you will be required to pay. We do not take any responsibility for these charges, and you will be required to pay them to your local customs authority to receive your goods. We accept no responsibility for any orders seized by customs or delayed due to customs inspection.
Tracking & Delivery
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please note that tracking may show "in transit" for several days while customs processes your order—this is normal and not a delay on our part. Delivery may occasionally be extended by 1–7 days due to customs processing.

Returns & Refunds
Standard Products (UK)
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Unless faulty/incorrect, customers cover return shipping.
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method after inspection.
International Orders (EU)
We do not accept returns on international orders. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund consideration.
Non-Returnable Items

- Opened products – for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any supplement that has been opened or has a broken seal.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days at sales@evolutionsupplements.co.uk with your order number and photos.
Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details.
- For UK orders, track via Yodel, Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD (depending on service).
- For EU orders, you can track your package in real-time with Royal Mail International.
