The electrolyte profile provides sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium and magnesium. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function, while potassium also contributes to normal muscle function.

The formula then adds 2g coconut water powder, 2g taurine, 1g Aquamin™ and 200mg Irish Sea Moss Extract. Vitamin C and the B-vitamin profile contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, with several also helping reduce tiredness and fatigue.
