Important Shipping Terms

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed Monday to Friday before 5pm are dispatched the same day. Weekend orders dispatch the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Free Standard Shipping: Available on UK mainland orders over £75 (excluding Northern Ireland; orders over 5kg incur a £5.99 surcharge).

Next-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm. Weekend orders dispatch the next working day.

High-Value Orders: Orders over £100 require signature upon delivery for security purposes.

EU Delivery: Weight-based rates apply. VAT is included. Delivery takes 10-15 business days via Royal Mail International.

- If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may leave a card or contact you to rearrange delivery. Multiple failed attempts may result in return to us.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for losses due to incorrect details, this includes re-shipping fees for which you shall be liable.

Safe Place Deliveries: If you provide instructions for the courier to leave your parcel in a designated safe place (e.g., porch, shed, behind a bin, with a neighbour), you accept full responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered to that location. We cannot accept liability for parcels reported as lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery to a customer-specified safe place.
- In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, please contact us within 7 working days of the estimated delivery date.
Returns & Refunds
Standard Products (UK)
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Unless faulty/incorrect, customers cover return shipping.
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method after inspection.
International Orders (EU)
We do not accept returns on international orders. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund consideration.

- Opened products – for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any supplement that has been opened or has a broken seal.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days at sales@evolutionsupplements.co.uk with your order number and photos.

- Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details.
- For UK orders, track via Yodel, Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD (depending on service).
