- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed Monday to Friday before 5pm are dispatched the same day. Orders received over the weekend will be dispatch the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on UK mainland orders over £75 (excluding Northern Ireland; orders over 5 kg will incur a small surcharge of £5.99).

Note:
- All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
- Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next working day.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
- If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may leave a card or contact you to rearrange delivery, either on an alternate day or collection from their depot. If multiple delivery attempts are made and the recipient does not accept the parcel, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the item cost only, excluding the delivery or shipping fee.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address provided at checkout, we can resend it to you once it has been received and processed back into our inventory. Please note that an additional postage fee will be required for re-shipment.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. Evolution Supplements will not be held liable for any losses or additional postage costs resulting from incorrect delivery details. If a package can be rerouted due to an address error, any associated fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
- In the event that a shipment is lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible or liable for the lost parcel. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in locating the shipment by liaising with the courier where possible.
- In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, please contact us within 7 working days of the estimated delivery date.

How we ship your orders
We work hard to pack and ship your order quickly.
- Products sold directly by Evolution Supplements follow our standard delivery times and rates.
- Collaboration Products (created with partner brands) may have different couriers, costs, and delivery times.
If your order includes both standard and collaboration items, they may arrive in separate packages with separate shipping charges.
Shipping Costs
- Fees are calculated based on the product, courier, and destination.
- For Collaboration Products, shipping costs are shown on the product page or at checkout.
Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout (not guaranteed).
- Collaboration Products may take longer to arrive.
- We are not responsible for courier delays or customs checks, but we’ll always try to help.
Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
- Collaboration Products may have separate tracking numbers.
International Orders
- Some items can be shipped internationally.
- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
Standard Products
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Unless faulty/incorrect, customers cover return shipping.
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method after inspection.
Collaboration Products
- Follow the partner’s return policies (may differ from ours).
- Some returns may need to go directly back to the partner brand.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days at sales@evolutionsupplements.co.uk with your order number and photos.
