  • Recurring Deliveries: Subscriptions renew automatically based on the frequency you select.

  • Two-Delivery Minimum: Subscriptions can only be cancelled after your second delivery has been completed.

  • Cancellation Process: You may cancel your subscription by logging into your customer account or contacting us directly. Cancellation requests made before the second delivery will take effect only after the second order is fulfilled.

  • Subscription Changes: You may update delivery frequency, product selections, or payment details through your account.

  • Failed Payments: If a payment cannot be processed, we may pause or cancel your subscription until valid payment details are provided.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

  • We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • For single-purchase items, we may accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

  • Subscription orders are subject to the two-delivery minimum rule and cannot be refunded or cancelled before the second delivery.
