Your Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and consumer protection laws applicable within the European Union.

- Evolution Supplements operates an online store selling sports nutrition products, dietary supplements, health supplements and related products.
- By using our website, creating an account, placing an order or subscribing to a product, you agree to these Terms.
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase from us.
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised update date.
- These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Delivery & Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and any other policies referred to on our website.
2. User Accounts
- You may need to create an account to access certain features, including order tracking, wishlists, loyalty rewards and subscription management.
- You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
- Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
- We may suspend or close accounts where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, misuse, abuse or a breach of these Terms.
3. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to acceptance, availability and successful payment.
- Prices are displayed in the currency selected on our website and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is taken at the time you place your order using the payment methods available at checkout.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where there is a pricing error, product information error, stock issue, suspected fraud or misuse of promotions.
- If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase goods from us. A contract is formed when we accept your order and send confirmation that your order has been accepted or dispatched.
4. Pricing, Promotions & Compare-at Prices
Prices
We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you have placed an order, we may contact you to offer the product at the correct price or cancel the order and issue a refund.
Compare-at Prices and RRP
Where we show a “compare at”, “was”, RRP or similar reference price, this is used for comparison purposes. It may represent the manufacturer’s recommended retail price or a typical price at which the product is or has been available from other retailers.
- We may not have previously sold the product at the compare-at price shown.
- RRP prices are usually set by manufacturers or distributors.
- Discount percentages are calculated against the reference price shown at the time.
- Prices and promotions may change without notice.
Promotional Offers
Promotions, discount codes, bundles and mix-and-match offers may be subject to additional terms shown at the time of the offer. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.
- Sample products and sachets may be excluded from promotional offers.
- Gift cards, clearance products or selected brands may be excluded from discount codes.
- We may withdraw, amend or refuse promotional offers where they are being misused or applied in error.
5. Product Availability
- All products are subject to availability.
- We aim to keep stock information accurate, but stock errors can occasionally happen.
- If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative, wait for restock where appropriate, or issue a refund.

7. Subscriptions "Subscribe & Save"
Our subscription service is powered by Appstle.com. By subscribing, you agree to the subscription terms shown at checkout and within your customer portal.
Subscription Commitments
- Customers who sign up to a product subscription must complete a minimum of two successful deliveries before being eligible to cancel.
- After two successful deliveries, you may cancel your subscription through your account portal or by contacting us.
- Subscriptions renew automatically based on the frequency selected at the time of subscription.
- You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address, payment details and product selections are kept up to date.
Subscription Changes
- You may update your delivery frequency, payment details or delivery address through your customer portal where available.
- For subscriptions with multiple flavour options, flavour changes may be made after two successful deliveries.
- If you wish to change the flavour for your second delivery, please contact us at least 7 days before the scheduled dispatch date.
- If payment cannot be processed, we may pause or cancel your subscription until valid payment details are provided.
Subscription Pricing
Subscription prices and discounts may change. Where a subscription price changes, we will aim to notify you in advance where required. If you do not wish to continue after a price change, you may cancel your subscription after meeting any minimum commitment.
8. Delivery
Delivery options, costs, estimated timeframes and shipping rules are set out in our Delivery & Shipping Policy.
- Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
- You are responsible for ensuring your delivery details are accurate and complete.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, customs, bank holidays, seasonal demand or events outside our control.
- Orders may require a signature on delivery, particularly higher-value orders.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or failure to collect, we may deduct costs or charge for redelivery where appropriate.
9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Your cancellation rights, return requirements, refund process and exceptions are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.
- UK customers have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
- EU customers may benefit from the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), as implemented in the destination Member State.
- Opened supplements and products unsealed after delivery may be excluded from change-of-mind returns for health and hygiene reasons.
- Faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described products are handled separately and your statutory rights are not affected.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage unless stated otherwise in our Refund & Returns Policy.
10. Clearance & Reduced-to-Clear Products
Clearance and reduced-to-clear products may be discounted due to short best-before dates, discontinued lines, packaging changes, excess stock or other clearly stated reasons.
- The reason for the reduction will be shown where relevant on the product page.
- By purchasing a clearance item, you acknowledge the disclosed reason for the reduced price.
- Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted for clearance items unless you have a legal right to cancel or withdraw that cannot be excluded.
- Your statutory rights are not affected if a clearance product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, other than the disclosed reason for the reduction.
11. Loyalty, Rewards & Gift Cards
- Loyalty points, rewards, referral credits and similar benefits are promotional and may be subject to separate terms.
- We may amend or withdraw loyalty rewards where necessary, including where misuse, fraud or technical error is suspected.
- Gift cards are redeemable only through our website and cannot usually be exchanged for cash.
- Lost, stolen or misused gift cards may not be replaceable.
12. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website or services.
- You must not use the website for unlawful purposes.
- You must not attempt to interfere with the security, operation or availability of the website.
- You must not copy, scrape, reproduce or exploit website content without permission.
- You must not submit false, misleading, abusive or fraudulent information.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, layout, branding, logos and product presentation, belongs to Evolution Supplements or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may view and use the website for personal shopping purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of your statutory rights.
Subject to the above, we are not responsible for:
- Losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
- Business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or opportunity.
- Delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- Incorrect use of products or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
15. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, extreme weather, strikes, customs delays, supplier delays, technical outages, accidents, emergencies or other circumstances beyond our control.
16. Privacy & Data Protection
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it and the rights you may have under data protection law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection rights in the country where you live. Nothing in these Terms removes those rights where they apply.
